Stores
I have built and run stores from first product upload to daily operations, including my own brand, Organicles, and client stores in categories from footwear resale to health nutrition. That includes catalogue structure, product content, shipping and returns policy, email flows and the reporting that tells you what to fix next.
Operations, not just launch
A store is a business, not a project. The useful part is what happens after launch: merchandising, pricing, promotions, customer service, and a weekly rhythm of small fixes that compound.

A store or site that launches on time, is easy for your team to run, and is instrumented so you can see why the numbers move.
Catalogue imagery before there is a catalogue.
A store cannot launch on placeholder photography, and a shoot costs weeks a new brand does not have. These were generated for my own footwear project, JootayLo, and for Organicles in health nutrition: product frames, consistent backgrounds, one pantry set the whole range comes home to. Every image here is AI-generated.
