Legal case management app

A case management app for legal practices: secure login, a hearings dashboard, court-wise filters, a client manager and one-tap sharing with clients. Built with a small product team over a phased roadmap.

Bilingual assessment platform

A personality assessment product built for a Pakistani audience in both Urdu and English, with a full question set, pre-written result reports and a payment flow, designed so the cost per user stays near zero as it scales.

Internal business tools

Systems that remove daily friction inside a company: a lead tracking dashboard for a sales team with assignment, follow-up reminders and conversion logging, and an attendance and productivity system that works with cameras a business already owns.

How I work on products

Scope the job, prototype the risky part first, keep the build small, and ship something people can use before adding anything clever.

What this brings a client

Product scoping, a team that can build it, and someone on your side who has run the operation the product is meant to serve.

From the studio · AI-generated

Decide in a minute, not a fortnight.

All of it in the Studio

Same habit as the product work: put the options on one board so the decision stops being a meeting. Identity sheets carry every lockup and app icon a build will actually need, and a logo brief run through six models settles the argument faster than defending the first one. All AI-generated.
